Bilge Oil Separator
01 OVERWIEW
CYSC107 series 15PPM bilge water separator is a new type of oil-waterseparation device developed in accordance with lMO-MEC107(49)regulations, capable of separating emulsified oil.
This device is widely used for the treatment of ship bilge water andoily wastewater(emulsified oil)in ports, docks, and industrial andmining enterprises. The treated water quality meets the dischargerequirements of lMO-MEPC107(49).This device consists of accessoriessuch as primary separation, secondary separation, ultrafiltrationseparation, reciprocating pump unit, electric control box, 15PpM bilgewater alarm device, and solenoid valve. There are eight specificationsavailable for processing ranging from 0.1m/h to 5.0m/h, and the structural form can be selected as single or double tube.
02 TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
The bilge water enters the dedicated pump through the coarse fiter and is then injected into the first stage separator to colectsmall oll droplets and separate them from water. They float up to the oll collection chamber, and when the oll accumulates to acertain degree, the oil level detection device will send a signal to open the oil discharge solenoid valve for oil discharge.
The water that has undergone primary separation treatment automatically enters the secondary separator. The filter element ofthe secondary separator causes residual oil in the water to accumulate again, and a signal is sent through the oil level detectiondevice to open the secondary oil discharge solenoid valve for oil discharge.
The standard water after secondary separation is discharged to the outside of the ship through a normaly open solenoid valveWhen the discharge exceeds the standard, the unqualfied water automatically enters the ulrafiltration device. The standardwater is discharced to the outside of the string through an electromaonetic valve, and automatic backwashing can restore thefunction of each level of separator, At low temperatures, when the bilge water contains heavy oi, the electric heating device canreduce its viscosity and make it easy to separate.
CONTROL FUNCTION
Automatic/manual heating, automatic oil discharge, automatic alarm, automatic recording, automaticbackwashing,in compliance with unmanned engine room requirements.

Products of the same specifications have smaller volume, lighter weight, and more complete functions.
CONVENIENT AND EFFICIENT
Gravity separation combined with agglomeration separation has good separation effect, and the finefiltration method is convenient and efficient for treating emulsions.

CCS certification, simple operation, automatic backwashing without blockage, long-term use does not require replacement.
