Description:
The automatic oil tank cleaning system is applicable to crude oil and refined oil storage tanks, oil storage pipelines, vertical and horizontal storage tanks at gas stations, petrochemical pipelines, tanker trucks and large sewage pipes, which are used throughout the petroleum industry for extraction, transportation and storage.
After using petroleum storage tanks for a period of time, impurities in crude oil will be deposited on the bottom and walls of the tanks, which will not only reduce the effective capacity of the tanks, but also affect the quality of the oil. The impurities such as minerals and bacteria adhering to the bottom and inner wall of the tank will cause blockage and corrosion of the tank or leakage if not cleaned. Regular cleaning of oil storage tanks can make the pipeline smooth to avoid the phenomenon of overpressure shutdown, so that the system operates safely and efficiently. Generally, oil storage tanks need to be cleaned once every 1-3 years. Oil tank automatic cleaning system using high-pressure water jet cleaning, because of good cleaning effect, no pollution and safety, it is widely used.

Working Principle
When the oil tank needs to be cleaned, the matching 3D rotating nozzle is firstly installed in the tank, and then turn on the cleaning pump, the high pressure water produced by the cleaning pump drives the nozzle to realize the automatic cleaning without dead angle. The sewage generated during the cleaning process is sucked clean by the combination of suction pump, and then the sewage is separated and processed by the oil-water separator to achieve the purpose of repeated cleaning with recycled water.

Automatic Cleaning 3D Nozzle
Specially designed for gas station buried tanks, its excellent sealing design can ensure that the leakage of water is only about 0.5%. The sealing material is imported from Germany, which is more wear-resistant, greater impact, and no blind spot full-coverage cleaning. The water consumption is only 6-8 m³/h, and the hole only needs to be 100mm, which can be installed and cleaned by opening the flange of the pump.
